Tai Chi & Qigong

Our Tai Chi class is a gentle relaxing form of exercise that is simple, easy to follow and graceful. Tai Chi movements are based on traditional Tai Chi and Qigong

Each class is low impact and puts minimal stress on joints. These movements bring mindfulness and healthy breathing into your exercise routine. This class promotes flexibility and strong muscles and is safe for all ages and fitness levels. 

You will leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. All movements can be modified to suit all capabilities.

Qigong (chi gong)

During our Qigong class, you’ll enjoy breathing and energy awareness and learn movement sequences to that allow energy to flow through our body. Build suppleness and create ease throughout the body. There is also opportunity to learn qigong meditation and freestyle qigong too
